Wine school: Fall Into Bold Reds: A Rich Harvest of Flavors

This red wine class offers an in-depth exploration of various red wine styles, grape varieties, and winemaking techniques from around the world. This class is designed to celebrate the rich, full-bodied red wines perfect for autumn. As the weather cools, we’ll be sipping through the bold reds such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinotage and Zinfandel, wines known for their robust flavors, structured tannins, and deep complexity. The class will cover the differences in flavor profiles influenced by factors like climate, soil, and aging methods, such as the use of oak barrels. We’ll cover the nuances of tannins, acidity, and body, helping you to discover your palate.

We’ll be drinking:

  • Produtori di Manduria 'Lirica' Primitivo 2019, Puglia, Italy

  • False Bay 'Bush Vine' Pinotage 2019, Western Cape, Australia

  • Bousquet Gran Cabernet Sauvignon 2020, Mendoza Argentina

  • St Cosme Côtes du Rhone 2021, France

Tickets are non-refundable, but they are transferable between friends!
