WINE SCHOOL: Loire & Alsace
In our Alsace and Loire Valley wine class, we embark on an enchanting exploration of two of France's most picturesque and diverse wine regions. Alsace, nestled along the eastern border, is celebrated for its aromatic white wines, while the Loire Valley, known as the "Garden of France," offers an array of styles ranging from crisp Sauvignon Blanc to elegant Chenin Blanc and Cabernet Franc. During this class, we dive into the geographical and climatic differences that shape the unique characteristics of each region.
