Cancellation Policies

Know before you cancel: Ticket Transfers

Tickets are always transferable between friends. A ticket transfer between friends is highly encouraged before a ticket cancellation.

To transfer a ticket, simply email us at hello@putnamvineyard.com with the following information:

  • Name and date of the class you are registered for

  • Name and contact information of the friend you are transferring your ticket to

Other Cancellations

We will do our best to accommodate cancellations on a case-by-case basis with 5+ days notice but most of our courses require purchasing and inventory that we do not normally have on hand. As a small business, it is rare for us to refund cancellations on short notice. We appreciate your understanding. Refunds on Ticketed Courses for COVID-19

  • COVID-related cancellations made five or more days prior to the scheduled class will be eligible for a 100% refund of the course fee.

  • COVID-related cancellations made between 2-4 days prior to the scheduled class will be eligible for a 50% refund of the course fee.

  • COVID-related cancellations made one day or less prior to the scheduled class are not eligible for a refund.

Cancellation Process

Participants must notify Putnam’s Vine/yard in writing or over the phone of their intention to cancel. Cancellation requests can be submitted via email to hello@putnamsvineyard.com or by phone to (802) 899-0405.

Weather-Related Cancellations

If we are open, our classes are continuing as scheduled. Our social media is always up to date with closings in the event that they occur or feel free to confirm with us via email to hello@putnamsvineyard.com or by phone to (802) 899-0405.
