Meet the farmers and winemakers of Fable Farm Fermentory of Barnard, VT. We are excited to feature Jalu, a unique, effervescent, grape-apple wine at Putnams on the September/October menu cycle, and we are honored to welcome the hearts and hands of those who crafted it.
