Instructor Bio:
Rachel is a Dartmouth alumni (D’ 21) who just can’t stay away from The Upper Valley! She recently returned from a year living in Italy and we are thrilled to have her behind the bar and teaching classes at Putnam’s vine/yard on Wednesdays! A Geography major, Rachel, was awarded a Fulbright Fellowship to complete a Master of Gastronomy: World Food Cultures and Mobility at the University of Gastronomic Sciences in Pollenzo, Italy. Through the grant, she was fully funded to spend a year in Italy studying food sustainability and sovereignty and getting hands-on experience with a variety of food systems. Rachel can be seen all over the Dartmouth campus, as well as advising the Dartmouth Sustainable Living Center.
