WINE SCHOOL: Discover Italian White Grapes

Italy has the most white wine grape varieties among European countries. It’s known for its diverse viticultural heritage and numerous wine regions with varied climates and terrines. Italian white wines range from well known varietals like Pinot Grigio and Trebbiano and Verdiccho to obscure ones such as Greco, Cortese, Fiano, Garganega. Come discover some of the lesser known white wine varietals of the country and find new favorites!

Instructor Bio:

Victoria is originally from Montréal, Canada and recently moved to the Upper Valley from Southern California. An avid traveler, Victoria has always prioritized world renowned wine regions throughout her adventures. Victoria most recently spent 4 months living abroad in Spain, where she was able to venture to a few nearby wine regions including Rioja, Cava and Porto. She spent the 2022 Harvest in the Rhône Valley, France, assisting an organic and biodynamic vineyard in winemaking production. She recently completed her Level 3 Wine & Spirits Education Trust Certification and is currently pursuing the WSET Diploma. In her spare time you can find her watching documentaries, attempting to bake, or crafting!
