Explore a curated selection of Spanish wines, each chosen to complement the spirit of the holiday, while learning about their rich histories, unique characteristics and the artistry behind their production, from vineyard to bottle. To make the occasion even more special, you’ll have the opportunity to pre-order any of the featured wines a week in advance, ensuring you’re ready to toast Valentine’s Day—or our favorite, Galentine’s Day—in style. From the first sip to the last, "Love at First Sip" promises an unforgettable journey through the world of wine, shared with those you hold dear.

Instructor Bio:

Victoria is originally from Montréal, Canada and recently moved to the Upper Valley from Southern California. An avid traveler, Victoria has always prioritized world renowned wine regions throughout her adventures. Victoria most recently spent 4 months living abroad in Spain, where she was able to venture to a few nearby wine regions including Rioja, Cava and Porto. She spent the 2022 Harvest in the Rhône Valley, France, assisting an organic and biodynamic vineyard in winemaking production. She recently completed her Level 3 Wine & Spirits Education Trust Certification and is currently pursuing the WSET Diploma. In her spare time you can find her watching documentaries, attempting to bake, or crafting!
