What is the significance of these certifications? We will clarify these concepts and explore the interconnection between farming and winemaking, as well as how these practices can impact the quality and character of wine. In this course, you'll delve into the holistic approach of biodynamic viticulture, which views the vineyard as a self-sustaining ecosystem, and learn how it influences the taste and quality of the wine. We'll also uncover the secrets behind organic winemaking, highlighting the absence of synthetic chemicals and the emphasis on natural processes that enhance both the environment and the final product. Sustainable wine production will be another focus, emphasizing practices that minimize environmental impact, conserve resources, and promote long-term viability.
