Wine School March 12th: Rosé All Day

This special class is all about rosé wines! Join us for a fun and informative exploration of pink wines, as we dive into its vibrant colors, fresh aromas, and refreshing flavors—making rosé the perfect companion for any occasion. You’ll learn about the unique winemaking techniques, from brief skin contact to the saignée method. We’ll also take a tour through the diverse range of rosé styles, from the pale, dry Provençal rosés to the deeper, fruit-forward varieties from regions like California and Spain. Whether you're a longtime enthusiast or new to the world of rosé, you'll uncover the nuances of this versatile wine. What's not to love about our favorite pink drink?

Instructor Bio:

Victoria is originally from Montréal, Canada and recently moved to the Upper Valley from Southern California. An avid traveler, Victoria has always prioritized world renowned wine regions throughout her adventures. Victoria most recently spent 4 months living abroad in Spain, where she was able to venture to a few nearby wine regions including Rioja, Cava and Porto. She spent the 2022 Harvest in the Rhône Valley, France, assisting an organic and biodynamic vineyard in winemaking production. She recently completed her Level 3 Wine & Spirits Education Trust Certification and is currently pursuing the WSET Diploma. In her spare time you can find her watching documentaries, attempting to bake, or crafting!
